GPH offer few types of shipping method to you but it depend on whether where are you from.
For local, GPH will either use POS Malaysia which is consist of normal posting and poslaju.
For foreign country, GPH will be using EMS. (no available yet)
How much will it cost for the shipping?
The shipping cost will depend on the size or weight of the parcel and will charge on top of the price on the item selected. The amount of the shipping cost will be provided in the confirmation order mail.
How long will it take for the item selected ship and reach to you?
For local in Malaysia, the shipping duration will be within one to two weeks.
For international, the shipping duration will be provided in the confirmation order mail. By EMS, it will take 7- 16 days.
The item have been ship but not reach to your place within the recommended period.
GPH will provide the tracing number for item ship to you especially in EMS. As for poslaju, you can send a email to inform GPH and we will check for you. GPH will response to the email as soon as possible within two days.
The item receive is not the item you order.
GPH will offer you two option for this
-ship back the item to GPH (the address will be provided) and the GPH will cover back the shipping fees. GPH will send back the correct item to you.
-you can pay for the incorrect item and keep it. The shipping fees on incorrect item will cover by GPH and GPH will send the correct item that you have paid.
As some of the great will normally come in future release, special batch or pre-order item, shipment delay will be expected to be happen.
